Appointment Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged the full appointment fee.

Treatment Refunds

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic and wellness services, all completed treatments and services are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Botox® treatments
  • Dermal fillers
  • PRP treatments
  • Microneedling
  • Wellness injections
  • Weight management services

Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, no specific results can be guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with treatment results does not qualify for a refund.

Prepaid Packages and Memberships

Prepaid treatment packages, memberships, and promotional services are generally non-refundable. Any exceptions are subject to management approval.

Retail Product Returns

Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to process.
